i created my first portal in my localhost and it's working good
i used version : DotNetNuke_Community_04.09.03
my database : Microsoft SQL Server 2005

to know how i can upload it to live website and i did all steps
but after i finished and try to browse my web site i get this error message

after that i deleted my files from the live server and upload new web site without create any modules our pages it's only new refresh portal but it's also give me the same error message
