I have been trying to find a thread on the internet regarding this but have failed so I will ask here to see if anyone knows.

I am getting a runtime error on my site so I don't have host/admin access.  I can ftp and use my hosting provider's web manager for sql.  I may have to redo my site from scratch which I am ok with.  I just want to know where my registered users are so that I can extract them and import them into my new site.

Thanks for the reply John.  I already "Nuked" my site and I am currently rebuilding it from scratch.  I will keep the db info in mind in case this happens in the future.

I do have a back up of my crashed files and db.  How would I pull data out of that?  I assume that I have to set up a dnn instance on a local pc but not sure what important details I would need to perform.  I'm not a code guy so whenever I look at that web.config, I get really dizzy.
