Hi

I heard that http-Compression and Whitespace removed is now integrated in Dotnetnuke 4.4.0. What's the difference of PageBlaster and the Dotnetnuke http-Compression/Whitespace Removel? Does PageBlaster  is able to compress the css-Styles? This would be very important for us as the css-Style-Files are up to 60KB

With kind regards
Patrik

Hi Patrick,

Thanks for your question.

PageBlaster does caching and compression, the core DNN module only does compression.
PageBlaster also does a better job with excluding paths so that compression does not break your website.

Neither can do compression of .css files unless you configure IIS to send those requests through ASP.Net.
