Hi John Sorry for the recent bombardment of questions, but I have not been able to find answers elsewhere and you seem to have the knack of solving obscure problems. You resolved the crisis of "unavailable admin and host settings" by discovering that my DNN Blue skin was missing, which was set as my admin default skin. The latest difficulty I am facing appears to be a similar problem as above. I have lately moved hosting with two web sites (both DNN 4.4.1). However, within both sites, whilst accessing "File Manager" I can see the Portal Root Folder but unable to expand it. I know I have a number of folders and files, but I am unable to view or access them. I have several folders in both sites containing images files. The image links are unbroken and images are still displayed in both sites, so I know that the folders/files are in tact. I have checked in the root folder to ensure that the folders/files are still located in the root folder and they are (just in case they tried to follow the DNN Blue). It seems that some how the links from my file manager to my site files have severed, but I am at a loss where I should look to rectify this, I am not aware of disabling anything in the settings. Do you have a suggestion where I might check next? Thanks Lynn |
