How do I make an address bar icon?

I know the first step is to make a 16 x 16 px .ico file, but the other steps don't seem to work with dotnetnuke, can you tell me where to go from here? Thanks!

You can place it in the root of the website as a default for all portals, or in the Home Directory for each portal (portals/0, portals/1, etc.) After putting it there you may need to restart the application for it to get picked up.
