Hi John

I have two sites running DNN 4.5.3 but the Login link only works for me when using IE. But when using FF the Login link is ignored and Login Page is not displayed, in fact nothing happens.

I am not sure where I should look to try to rectify this, I am wondering if this issue is causing other problems too, e.g.

I tried your SEO tip today  for DNN Terms and Privacy Statements, but it didn't work.

1. I created a new (hidden ) (All User) Terms Of Use page

2. Edited the SiteUrl.config file as per instruction.

I Tested Terms link but it did not display new Terms Page (instead default DNN Terms page displayed)

3.  I edited Snapsis.Pageblaster.config as per instruction

But the site did not show, a blank white page displayed instead.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Lynn

Hi Lynn,
Since you are hosting at Snapsis, I took the liberty of upgrading your PageBlaster and putting those rules into your config file.

I think the upgrade will handle the issue with login using firefox on this new versio of DNN.

I noticed that you already have a different frindly name applied to terms and privacy. I think it is because of HrefExchanger or maybe Ventrian's human frienly urls.

Let me know how it's working now.

Hi John

Wow! I was not expecting an express reply. Plus an instant fast fix for my faulty FF login issue. Thanks.

Yes I am using Ventrain's human friendly urls, but the friendly terms in the SiteUrl.config because I had just ftp'd it to tried out the new SEO friendly terms page again. BTW the new terms page is still not working even after the PageBlaster upgrade. Unfortunately mere mortals such as myself need to sleep to I will have a fresh look in the morning.

Thanks again.

Regards

Lynn
