Is there anyway at all to give specific users permissions to edit the repository module without giving them permissions to the entire page?

Create a new group for the purpose of just editing that module and then add the users to that group. Then in the settings for that module just give that group the editor rights to it. When they log in they will be bale to edit that module only. Hope this helps.
