I'm working with someone who wants to use the "Edit" page of a module to be able to let users edit the contents of some special modules.  He's doing this by having a button on the page that, when clicked switches you from the View page to the Edit page.

When this happens, he gets the edit page, but it picks up the site's Admin Skin.

He would like to have the special module's Edit page pick up the site's skin and not the edit skin, so that his real admin pages keep the admin skin.

Is there a way that he can do this?  (and that's assuming that I'm describing this in a way that can be understood)

Thanks!

It's possible, but you have to make sure that ctl=Edit is not in the querystring.

Since that is the way a module switches to edit mode, it may be difficult to do though.

Thanks, John. It will be interesting to see what they do with those pages.
