Am I the only one in the world who has no interest in creating/using this so-called "OpenID" nonsense? What is wrong with the traditional login/password method that has served the world well for decades?  :)

I emailed the boys suggesting that they reword the header to "This site requires an OpenID login," rather than use the word 'supports.' What is this world coming to?  {/rant} :)

You are probably not alone in wondering what the big deal is, but DNN likes to be on the leading edge (sometimes referred to as the bleeding edge).

They are on the leading edge okay:

A critical error has occurred.
Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Am I wrong for thinking that a site with nearly a half million members and hundreds more arriving daily would ensure that any new 'gadget' that it plans to implement would be thoroughly tested in a developmental environment before being pushed to the life site? It's ironical that the site administrated by the creators of the platform seems to have as many issues with their site as I do.

Well, I have a report to finish up before Monday, as I spent all my time trying to get my site working correctly and haven't been focused on work, so I guess its for the best that now no one can login. :)
