Strange Change to Meta Placed in Page Header

 I can work around this and use the parameters to which DNN is changing, but I am wondering how and why DNN changes the following line I dropped in a page header:

<metahttp-equiv="PAGE-ENTER"content="BlendTrans(Duration=.5)"/>

...is being changed to this:

<metahttp-equiv="PAGE-ENTER"content="RevealTrans(Duration=0,Transition=1)"/>

I would normally write this off to DNN correcting my incorrect syntax, but I actually borrowed the line from another DNN-built site. :) ....which is why I am perplexed.

OK, I guess DNN is a little to smart for its own good; I can't do a work-around, as 'FadeIn' is not one of the standard 'RevealTrans' transitions:

0 = Box in. 
1 = Box out. 
2 = Circle in. 
3 = Circle out. 
4 = Wipe up. 
5 = Wipe down. 
6 = Wipe right. 
7 = Wipe left. 
8 = Vertical blinds. 
9 = Horizontal blinds. 
10 = Checkerboard across. 
11 = Checkerboard down. 
12 = Random dissolve.
13 = Split vertical in.
14 = Split vertical out. 
15 = Split horizontal in. 
16 = Split horizontal out. 
17 = Strips left down. 
18 = Strips left up. 
19 = Strips right down. 
20 = Strips right up. 
21 = Random bars horizontal. 
22 = Random bars vertical. 
23 = Random. 

...so it seems DNN changes my blend to "box out," albeit with no duration. If I had to venture a guess, I would assume this filter/change/we'll-do-the-thinking-for-you feature is a relatively new addition to the DNN core and the site from which I borrowed the blend line is running an older version of DNN?

You have to change that directly in the Default.aspx page, as it is hard-coded there.

You could use PageBlaster to make this change so you don't have to change the core though, and that way you could put different ones on different pages if you like.

Thanks, John! I changed the line in the default.aspx file and it worked like a champ...on half the pages.

I really need to sit down and figure out PB, as it seems to be able to handle everything I try to do, just not sure how to begin doing it. ;)
