Frequent but scattered XML error

I get this error doing various, but not all, things on my portal:

Unhandled error loading module.

Anything come to mind?

I think I got it. 

There was a conflict with the AJAXed container menu.  Switching to simple drop downs, moving the location of the menu in the template and clearing the cache has fixed it.
