Can I allow registered users to upload images

Hi, I have a school website and each department has it's own pages. I have everything set up and working great, registered users can edit their pages. My problem is they can't upload images to include on their pages. They can access images currently uploaded but the 'Browse' and 'Upload Image' links that appear to me as administrator aren't there. Does anyone know what I need to do to give them a folder they can upload images to? Thanks, Gillian

AFAIK, users can upload files to folders that their security role was "write" permission for. So, if there was a security role called "gym teachers" and you wanted its members to be able to upload images or other files to a folder called "gym" on your portal root (i.e.: www.yoursite.com/portals/0/gym) then you would go into the Admin -> File Manager and browse to the Portal Root -> gym folder. Select this folder in the folder tree. In the permissions box below, give "gym teachers" read and write access. Click Update. Now members of "gym teachers" will be able to upload to that folder from the WYSIWYG editors that their security role has "edit" permission for. Hope this helps, Ari
