Hello,
Was wondering if someone might be able to offer some advice. I cannot get through the install.
* DesktopModules/Snapsis is created
* bin folder DOES NOT contain dll files
I get the following error:
==============
WAIT:
I don't believe it. I just switched back to re-run install (third time) to recreate the error and it ran to completion. ?????????? I did nothing any different.
==============
Here's a copy of the error that I previously saved:
R:\web\users\V004L56STG\html\DesktopModules\Snapsis\Skins/App_LocalResources/IconBar.ascx.resx
Info Created R:\web\users\V004L56STG\html\DesktopModules\Snapsis\Skins/IconBar.ascx
Failure ExceptionSystem.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path "c:\winnt\system32\inetsrv". at System.IO.Directory.SetCurrentDirectory(String path) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateResourceFile(PaFile ResourceFile, String RootFolder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateModuleFile(PaFile File, PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.CreateFiles(PaFolder Folder) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaDnnInstallerBase.Install(PaFolderCollection folders) at DotNetNuke.Modules.Admin.ResourceInstaller.PaInstaller.Install()
------------------------
Does anyone have any thoughts on this. I swear I did the same thing each time and made NO configuration changes at any point.
Now I'm a little concerned there might be something wrong with my DNN install/settings because of this.
Thanks!

OK,
Well, the files seem to be in place so I uploaded the Red Tabs sample skin and applied it to my default portal.
It changed my skin and looks as it should, so I go to login and nothing.
This is the URL it returned me to:
http://default.aspx/?tabid=36&showlogin=1
Now I can't get in.
Helllp!

Hi Scott,
I know this was resolved through e-mail, but I just wanted to follow up here in case others experience the same problem.
This was a bug in the latest release with friendly Url's. I'm in the middle of testing out the next update which will also include support for the FireFox & Netscape.
If anyone is interested in testing out the FF & Netscape patch drop me an e-mail DNN [@] Snapsis.com
