Hello,

Currently I am reskinning a site. The new skin includes the Snapsis NavMenu menus, which are pretty neat. I have them configured the way I like, and am using the configuration for the Parent Menu/Admin Select drop down from the TopTabsRY skin. When we are creating a new page, with the new skin, everything in the menu shows up exactly like it supposed to. When we apply the new skin to an old page, the Admin/Host select dropdown menu disappears. It's almost like the modules or panes on the old pages are going over the menu, if that makes any sense. This happens in both IE and Firefox, unless the site didn't have any pages in it. Then in Firefox the old Home Page shows the Admin/Host menu, but in IE it still won't show. I've been through my css to see if I can find a reason for it, and I looked through the forums to see if anyone is having a similar problem. I'm coming up blank on this, and I'm wondering if any one has had this problem and has a solution to it?

Thanks,
Heather

Hi Heather,
It sounds like a caching problem.
See what happens if you set CacheTabs="False" on your menu settings.

If that works, then you can just make all your changes, set it back to CacheTabs="True", and restart the app to make sure you are starting fresh.

Not one to leave things along, we continued slogging at it. The solution for us was two fold. The DNN needed to be updated on the other portals, and Snapsis needed to be installed.

Thanks,
Heather
