Hi,

New to all this so bear with me.

I am looking at Pageblaster and DNNmaster SEO pack (which you sell here too).  I am not sure If I need one or the other or both.

It seems they do many of the same things... can someone briefly tell me the difference and pro/cons of both?

Thank you in advance for your help

Hi,

The main difference with PageBlaster is the performance enhancements with caching, compression, and web optimizations.
PageBlaster also allows you to create virtual paths to pages so that the Url can be customized specifically to anything you like.

PageBlaster also has replacements which operate at the page level giving you the ability to modify the ouput to achieve things like XHTML validation, or remove unwanted content from a module.

The SEO Suite From DNN Masters has a better interface for 301 redirects better than PageBlaster.

They do overlap, but together I think you will have everything you need for performance and SEO.

There is another thread on the subject here:

Thank you for purchasing.

When you first unzip the package there should be a file called PageBlasterReference.pdf in the main folder.

I have also attached the latest manual to this post.
