We purchased the PageBlaster module just last week and installed on module in our development server. Certain pages seem to have issues with Page blaster. One such page is where we have used the Free text box control. (freetextbox.com).

The buttons for this WYSIWYG editor doesnt show up and gives error. But the moment the Pageblaster references are removed from the "web.config", the page works fine.

See the attached image. I tried doing what was suggested by the freetextobx control, but that didnt help.

Hi Ravi,
Try adding this exclude to the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config:

< path pattern="FTB" excludeFrom="All" />

Try clearing the JS files in your PageBlaster cache located at DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Cache by default.

From looking at the demo on the FreeTextBox site, it looks like the FTB puts a lot of javascript directly into the page.
Maybe the white space rule in the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file is causing it to break.

You may be able to correct this issue by excluding the page that the FTB is on. For instance if it is on a blog page and the word blog is in the url for that page do an exclude like this:

< path pattern="Blog" excludeFrom="All" />

I tried it.I have put up hte Page Name that this is control is on in the pageblaster config file. but didnt help. But the moment I remove the below entry from web.config, everything works fine. I would really need this to get this resolved ASAP, so any help is greatly appreicated.

I'll need access to the specific page that has the problem so I can troubleshoot it. If it isn't a public page, then you can give me login credentials through a private message here http://www.snapsis.com/Support/PrivateMessages/tabid/705/type/compose/sendto/958/Default.aspx
