I have a multi-portal site and PB is working fine. I'm working on one portal where the merge css + js is not taking place. I've do have portal rules set, but nothing that would seem to affect this.
I've checked the excludedpath table, the main config file and can't see why this portal is not merging. All the portals are running OK.
Running debug just shows me that some portal are merging Ok, but this one isn't.
Does having portal rules in place prevent merging?
Where should I look next?
