Pageblaster is installed and appears to be working correctly with the exception of .js files. The static handler is uncommented in the web.config and handler rules have been added to IIS for .css, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .gif and .js.

Any help would be appreciated in getting the .js to minify.

Are you not getting any minification on JS files?

If you turn on trace debugging it may tell you why JSMin is being excluded.
