I hate fixing things when they are not broken but I just have to ask the question.

I am currently running DNN 4.9.5 and PB 03.03.02 and everything seems to be running great.

Is there any significant benefit in upgrading to the newest version of PB or should I leave well enough alone?

"If it works, don't fix it" is a good rule.

But you shouldn't have any problems upgrading. Just make sure you make a backup just in case.

Oh, to answer the question; No, there is no specific benefit to upgrading. Most of the changes were done to address particular environments.
