I noticed if, when editing the menu settings, a color entry was either entered directly or copied and pasted into a menu color field and it is not a named color, the system will throw an error and not let the site open. At this point you will need to edit the SnapsisDNN_menusettings record to allow the site to be redisplayed. Error Returned: Message Input string was not in a correct format. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Full Error System.FormatException: Input string was not in a correct format. at System.Number.ParseInt32(String s, NumberStyles style, NumberFormatInfo info) at System.ComponentModel.Int32Converter.FromString(String value, NumberFormatInfo formatInfo) at System.ComponentModel.BaseNumberConverter.ConvertFrom(ITypeDescriptorContext context, CultureInfo culture, Object value)

I got the same error. Is there a fix? This knocks down my whole site! I'm not sure if I can fix this. Can someone look into this please! ASAP!

The quick fix for this is to correct the bad value in the database, by putting the # in front of it. I'll work out an update soon to have the code-behind trap the error and put validation on the input so that this is less of an issue and post an update to this thread.
