Not getting the Menu Settings page sounds like there may have been trouble with part of the SQL update. If you copy all of the SQL out of the SnapsisDNN2.0.sql file and run that from your HOST>SQL tab, that may help there. If nothing is happening with right-click, etc. it could be that the new DesktopDefault.aspx & EditModule.aspx are not in the root of your site. If they are not there, then the changes from the module will not be used, which means that when you login as admin you will still see the normal admin menu row between the Portal Banner and the main content.

Thanks. Part of the SQL script did not run -- I received an error and I also inadvertently dropped the new .aspx pages in the wrong directory. It's up and somewhat working. ;-) Loretta

I don't know what happened, but it's working fine now. I am assuming it had to do with my service provider.

Hi Nina, Sounds like you're getting it figured out. Is there a space after the last slash in your SnapsisDNN_Skins table? The records you posted have one. If so that would be a problem because those records should be pointing to the folder the skin is in. 7 DesktopModules/SnapsisDNN/Skins/EffData/ EffData ..................................................................^ 8 DesktopModules/SnapsisDNN/Skins/FlatBlue/ FlatBlue ..................................................................^ 10 DesktopModules/SnapsisDNN/Skins/StreamLine/ StreamLine ..........................................................................^ Those skins are actually developed by Steve at Perceptive Webs so I have alerted him to your post.
