Hi Tom,

I guess I missed this post on my previous rounds. Did you get this working?
I have set up that solution from Patric on another site and haven't had any problems.
I'm not sure where the CSS Skins module would be doing anything different with the HTTP Handler than the Default DotNetNuke.
