The most likley reason for this is when there is more than one SnapsisDNN.dll in the /bin directory.

A prior version of the skins had SnapsisDNN.dll which needs to be removed if there is also a Snapsis.DNN.dll (period between Snapsis & DNN).

Delete SnapsisDNN.dll if there is also a Snapsis.DNN.dll

I am suffering with this error as well. I just deleted the SnapsisDNN.dll but it still isn't working. Not sure what to do now but delete Snapsis and I really don't want to do that.

Please Help.

I've noticed that once there is an ambiguous class in the Namespace, that the aspnet_wp.exe needs to be recycled to get rid of it.

Another thing to try if you're on a webserver where the worker process cannot be recycled is to set the debug flag in the web.config to debug=true

I set debug=true and loaded the page and it does come up now. However if I click Login the popup box doesn't appear. Not sure if I copied the correct files over becuase I had to do it by ftp.

Another datapoint, if I change the debug=true back to debug=false I get the same error again. I'm not sure what it means to recycle the aspnet_wp.exe file. Do I just need to delete it?

Thanks,
