Missing LeftPaneShadow.jpg

Hello, in all the css files for the various skins, there is a reference to a file called LeftPaneShadow.jpg, this is used in the LeftPaneShadow class. However, there files are missing from my installation. An out of the box installation. Can I still get these somewhere? René

As an update - LeftPaneBack is also missing from the distribution for all three examples

That image and the LeftPaneShadow cell in the DesktopDefault.ascx were accidentally included from some work I had done on a previous site. I added the extra pane so that when nothing was in the left pane, there would still be something there to show that the left pane was just "hiding". You can remove the references without affecting anything.
