Installation Problem

Hi, I just purchased 2.5 from Snowcovered and unziped the files as outlined in the Install.txt file. However, when I goto Admin/Skins and try to apply a skin, I get: Could Not Load Skin: ~/Portals/0/Skins/BlueFrameworks/admin.ascx Error: C:\DotNetNuke\Portals\0\Skins\BlueFrameworks\admin.ascx I tried loading the skin zip file via the File Manager, but get the same results. Also, I'm assuming that CSS Skins 2.5 is a DNN custom Module itself, but I don't see it in my available modules in Admin mode. Is there something I'm missing? Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I'm new to skinning and DNN. Thanks, Mike =:-) p.s. I'm running DNN 2.1.2 and SQL Server 2K
