Hi there, I dont think there is anything worng with your great product. However, my trial site is not showing any images. I followed all the 4 simple steps on the zip file. What did I do wrong? Here are some of my specifications: XP Pro SP2 (running locally) Intel 2 GHz 512 RAM DNN 4.3.4 MS SQL Server 2005 VWD 2005 ED Let me know if you need more information. Thanks Eric

Hi Eric, You may need an excludePath in your config file if your images are generated dynamically. If I can see your site I would be able to tell you what is happening.

Thanks for your quick reply John. Dont know what I did, I got all the images back. But I still want to learn what went wrong. Thanks Eric

Glad you got it working Eric. I wish I could help you on the reason, but I haven't run into anything like that except for when images are dynamically generated like in my store when it generates the thumbnail images.
