The documentation files need an update.
Most important: The "readme" and the "install" TXT files are not consistent with the installation procedure. The install file has the following:
4. Add the following line as the *first* entry in the
section of your web.config file
The readme file also includes instructions on how to disable the compression module, (which I did not do initially because I followed the instructions in the install file).
The reference (PDF) document is really cool and pro; good work! I would suggest updating it with installation instructions, an overview of the architecture (drawing) for the introduction, and a section explaining that the module should be inserted on a page in order to get access to the configuration. (Mjeah, I am a newbee, so I wasted 20 minutes looking for a way to access the menu untill I realized I had to put the module on a page).
I would be happe to help you out with the documentation part, as a way of contributing to your work. I have been using PageBlaster for some hours now, and the performance totally rocks! Great work!
