Are you sure PageBlaster flushes the cache for the entire page and for ALL browser types, and not just for the browser type that the admin/editor just used to POST new content?

My experience is that a page changed in IE7 for my site will not refresh on the next visit if I use Firefox ... ?

In the latest versions 2.x +, it shouldn't matter what the browser is unless you are caching languages separately and the browsers identify them differently.
