I installed PageBlaster per the installation documentation and entered my license key. Now only blank pages are displayed. I have removed all references to PageBlaster in he web.config file. My pages now display. I read the section on Erratic Page output. I have only one end of html tag. The skin is not the problem

I'm sorry to hear this. I'm sure we can figure out what is wrong, although this is the first I have heard of totally blank pages.

What website is this on?  If you don't want to post it here then you can send me a direct e-mail by replying to the notification from this post.

Any other third-party modules in the httpModules section of web.config?

Are there any errors in your DNN event log from when it was enabled?

If you can turn on trace logging that may give some clues also.

One other question I just thought of. Did the blank pages start happening immediately after entering the license key?

I did turn on the event loggging, but nothing went to the file. It was still a zero byte file. Since I could no longer log into the application to restart it, I made a change to the webconfig file to restart the application...still no logging

I just tried your license key on my local install and that worked, I even tried adding spaces to the front and the back but that also works ok.

Can you try putting in your current IP in the license field and see if that also causes the blank pages?
Also have a look in Admin > Event Viewer to see if any errors are logged there.

The only entry in the trace file pertains to cleaning up the cache folder

So the IP address works normally.

Are you getting cached folders and files in your DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaser/Cache folder?

Do you already have a wildcard mapping to ASP.Net setup in IIS ?

Try editing the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/PageBlaster.lic directly, and paste in your license key there, then make sure it is only one line with no extra spaces. Then restart the application.

No I experienced the same blank page problem when i entered the IP address. Do you still want me to enter the license in the file?

Try deleting the PageBlaster.lic file completely. Then re-enable PageBlaster. It should work in community mode without any license key.

You can also try copying and renaming the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Config/Default.config file to your site root and replace the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file, maybe it is corrupted somehow.

Is this an upgrade from a previous version of PageBlaster?
What version of DNN?

The .lic file was never created with installation. Could this be the problem

I have opened up a support ticket with webhost4life. I suspect it may be a problem with the host

The PageBlaster.lic file is in your /bin folder?  That's not right. It should be in the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Config folder.  It does not get created until after you enter a license key and save on the config screen.
