Hi

Can I use this menu also in a html-skin-file and only change the SOLPART-Token with a special token for the CSS Menu?

Thanks
Conny

Hi Conny,
Yes it will work with a Token [Snapsis-NavMenu], but I don't recommend doing it that way because then you will have to set all the properties in a skin.xml file.

It is much easier to put the same code in the html file that you would use in the .ascx file and it will get copied over directly when the skin is parsed.

You will still need to configure your CSS for this menu, it is not a direct replacement without changing CSS.

Hi

Thanks a lot for your response. I think I will transform my skin in a .ascx-File.

Hi, since I mainly work with HTML files because I have people doing the designs in HTML for me, I would like to know exactly how to get it to work with the tokens.
Setting the properties in the skin.xml file is no problem for me.

Hi Jari,

The token is [Snapsis-NavMenu]. You would do it just like any SkinObject Token.

Hello John!
I can not get it to work, I have set up a Object configuration in the XML file and use the tokens in my html file.
I have also put the <%@ Register .... > in the html file without results, I only get errors...
If I edit the ascx file and put in the tokens it works though so the PA is properly installed

I attach the xml-file and the html file where I want to use it.

Best Regards

Jari

Could You provide examples for the XML and html for use in a html-skin, please?
