Menu Items as Nav only not clickable

Hi, what is the easiest way to create a submenu item that you want to appear for navigation purposes but you do want it to be clickable. Is this something that can be done through the menu, or something in the page settings, etc.? Thank You

Hi, If you want to keep the menu item from being clickable then you can disable it in the page settings by checking it as disabled.
