I am trying to install a new AllDNNSkins dnn 4.8 version and am receiving error "Could Not Load Skin: /Portals/_default/Skins/Alldnnskins-10823/inner.ascx Error: Could not load file or assembly 'Snapsis.DNN.NavMenu' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified." please help. thank you, Tim

Hi Tim, The skin should have included another install for the Snapsis Menu skin object. If not, then you'll need to contact the skin developer.

thank you. I have tried to contact them, but so far they have not replied. Is there any other way to get the install? Tim

Hi Tim, You'll have to get the menu from them as I don't have a way to verify their license with their skins.
