nav menu not working in 500RC1

This works in dnn500rc1 but not in dnn482. I have the following settings:
< Snapsis:NavMenu ID="RootMenu" DisplayIcon="false" LocalizeTabs="true" CacheTabs="False" Level="0-0"
Recurse="True" Type="Template" TemplateFile="xxxhorizontal.template.txt" ExcludeTabs="Admin,Host" runat="server" / >

I tested this newest one out in both DNN5 and DNN483 and it worked. I didn't make a change that would have caused a problem in DNN48x so I'm not sure why it wouldn't work.

If you want to attach your skin, or menu template I'll try it.
