Hi,

Great module so far! I spent hours trying to work out how I was going to get a nested set of ul's out of DNN that had some sensible class assignments. I've been able to really configure the menu exactly how I need and can see it should be really flexible for future work.

One possible issue I've found is that that under page settings there is the 'Link Type' radio button in the Advanced Settings menu part. Setting a page to be 'Page (A page on your site)' seems to still provide a link that serves up the page itself and not the referenced page set in this parameter.

For example.

-Home
-About Us
--Introduction
--History
-Contact Us

I have the setting for 'About Us' page to point directly at 'Introduction'. Unfortunately since installing the NavMenu module the 'About Us' page is served up.

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for the positive feedback. What version of the NavMenu do you have?
I did have that bug, but I thought it was fixed. If not I will get it fixed and give you the latest.

A workaround, if you need one right away is to set the Page Link to "External Url", then just feed it the complete url for your other tab even though it is in the same site.

Hi, yeah, this module has really worked well for me so thanks!

The version I'm using is the one that was offered as download on purchase - it extracts on the desktop as ver 2.0.0 - not sure where I find the installation version number within dnn, I've crawled through the module definitions -> skin objects pages.

Thanks for prompt response.

:-)

Ok, I have found this problem and fixed it.

If you would like an updated dll instead of using the work-around described above then send me an e-mail.
