I recieved the menu as part of a Skincovered Goodie Bag. Is ther any documentation on the possible values for
<
Snapsis
:
NavMenu
id
="xdsc_nav"
DisplayIcon
="True"
Level
="0-2"
Type
="Hover"
ExcludeTabs
="Admin,Host"
runat
="server"
/>
For example, how would I make a horizontal menu? What other options are there that in this example are taking their defaults?

Hi Dave,
The Horizontal or Vertical layout is controlled mainly with the width of the containing Div in the CSS. There is not a specific setting to make it Horizontal or Vertical.
All the options are explained in the document that comes with the menu, and there are also examples of different ways the menu can be configured in the sample skins.

The was not document that was included in the skincovered goodie package that contained your menu.
The Div that I have it included in has a Width:100% and it still shows vertical. Can I assume that it only works in fixed pixel width divs?

Hi Dave,
I'll check with Nina on the package for Skincovered.
Yes. It works best across browsers if you give it a fixed width.
Send me an e-mail and I'll send you the latest package with all the documentation and sample skins.
