Is there any way that I can have the Admin and Host tab menus be displayed with the rest of the menu items?

Also, why does "Pages" in the Admin menu turn into "Tabs"? Can I change that?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

Yes, you can display the admin and host menu along with other root level items. Just remove the ExcludeTabs="Admin,Host". If you have DisplayIcon="True" it will even look in your skin folder for the images so you can provide your own icons, or copy them from the images folder.

The "Pages" menu item comes out as "Tabs" because that is what it actually is in the Database.
The reason it doesn't do that on the Solpart menu is because they are changing it with Localization.
At some point I'll probably end up providing a localized version of the menu, but I have only had it requested once in over 2 years so it hasn't been high priority.

You can change the name of it in the DB. Look in the Tabs table.

Thanks for your reply, John.

I see what you mean about the "Tabs" TabName in the database table. And you are right . . . it's not a high-priority task.

As for the Admin and Host menus, when I took away the ExcludeTabs="Admin,Host" attribute, then it looks like this:

        http://localhost/web/jennsite/NavMenu/tabid/221/Default.aspx

Notice that the Admin and Host menus fall under the "NavMenu" and "Popper" menus rather than sitting to the right of "DynForms". Why is that? Also, the icons are not displaying . . . I guess it is because it is not looking in the right place to find the image files. How should I direct it to where I want it to go (to look for stuff) ?

I guess I just don't really quite understand the inner workings of this menu object so that I am at a loss as to customizing it's look and feel.

Is there any additional documentation or resources I may use besides the "Snapsis CSS NavMenu Development Guide"?

Thanks for your continued support!
