| Hello, Nina Meiers just finished transforming an imange that I have into a skin. She said that I would need to purchase your product for this skin to work. So, I did purchase your product. However, I unzipped it and tried to follow directions, hoever, I receive the following error:
An error has occurred. An error has occurred.
I can no longer log into the site and I can not find an e-mail address to find for support nor a phone number. Please help!!

| Hello, First thing is to get your site back where you can login. Rest assured that your site is not corrupted beyond repair. To get it back, just rename the skin folder for the skin that is giving you trouble and DNN will default to it's fallback skin (DNN-Blue).
The NavMenu is a skin object and installs just like a module. You can check if it is installed by looking in the /bin folder to see if the Snapsis.DNN.NavMenu.DLL is located there.
Before applying the new skin again, you can use the "Preview" link after selecting the skin instead. That way if it fails for some reason you will not be stuck with a site that does not work. | | | |

| John, Thank you for your response. It was getting so late and I was starting to see double, so I am not sure what I did while installing it. Sorry for the panicked post. I have everything working properly now. After a decent night's sleep I installed it very easily. I have no idea what I did last night! Thank you for responding. I really appreciate it! | | | |
