NavMenu and Apollo Page Localization module

I'm working with CSS NavMenu 3.3 and I want to localize my menuitems with the Page localization module of Apollo. Can anyone tell me if I have to set specific settings on the NavMenu to let it work? (I have the CacheTab property set to false). The localization module works fine because the MLBreadCrumb is working fine. Thankx already
