I am interested in CSS Editor but there seeems to be a problem with it that it doesnt work with all skins. And I also want a group other than admins to access it. If you can fix these two things then I will buy the css skins module with code.

I would have to know what the problem is when you say “doesn't work with all skins”. For getting a group other than admins to access it, that would be an easy change in the code, but I wouldn't do that for the product that is sold, because that is more of a “special request“ change.

If you can solve the first problem with js and regarding other issue tell me where I can modify code to give access then I am more than willing to buy. One more thing how many skins compatible with the module is currently available?

Two other developers have developed skins that require the Snapsis CSS Skin Engine. Steve at http://www.PerceptiveWebs.com And Nina at http://xd.com.au The features of product can be added to any DotNetNuke skin by only changing a couple lines in the Skin file and then adding your own login control (if desired). These steps are outlined in the documentation included. If you want to send me a skin to convert, I'll make the changes for you and verify that the CSS Editor works, then I'll respond back with the specific changes so that you can change others.
