error with application type

Hi John,

i found a littel issue. When i use PB this javascript is detected wrong as xml/application.

In ie7 and firefox this javascript works correct. but when i use ie8 in native mode i got an error.

normal type of this menue should look like this

Difference is that my Page is from Type: application/xml after PB

Original is from Type: text/html.

I exclude the Page from PB but it only works, when i disable PB complete.

yes the dll works and resolve the problem with type.

but not my problem with ie 8 mode. i don´t know what´s the problem for ie 8 is. i have to search for it . thanks for you new dll. my website is now 20k less and i got 66 instead of 64 from yslow.
