Update button in Module Settings does not work

More issuess with PB. After I enable it I "Update" button in Module Settings does not do anything, it does not fire a postback at all. Has anybody run into issue like this?

You may need to uncomment that part in the web.config that excludes the resource files. < path pattern="(Web\|Script)Resource" excludeFrom="All" />
