I have set trace level to "Debug" in .config file for PB but I am not seeing any tracing information being generated. How do I know if PB is even running. Based on my previous questions it seems like it is not. Can anybody help?

The trace file will most likely be in the root of your site, it is determined by the file-path setting.

After enabling tracing you have to restart the application to get it to kick in.
That is the only thing in the config file that requires an app restart because of the low level trace output.

I did re-start it, although manually. On godaddy, if I do it through UI it does not work, so I did it by touching web.config. Anyway, I left the default settings as they are in PB config file. I looked in root and in Snapsis/PageBlaster directory and it is not there.

Oh, if this is GoDaddy then you can't do tracing. That is the reason you need a new dll because the tracing will not work in their environment.

I have already downloaded 3.2.1 version from my order and copied dll from medium trust folder to bin directory. Is there other "new" dll?

No there is not a DLL that you can use, the medium trust DLL does not have tracing, because that will not work in GoDaddy environment.

Can you contact me on live chat through http://support.snapsis.com ?
