Hi

first of heres the problem, i use catalook on one of my portals, on dnnsofts website it says the you should not use human friendly with catalook.

i would like to use human friendly on the other two portals,

is there a way that i can have human friendly with a portal rule or would i need a replacement rule for each page on the other portals

I didn't know we were not supposed to use human friendly Urls. I have Catalook and I am using Human Friendly format.

The HumanFriendly format is set for the whole DNN Install (all portals) in the web.config.

PageBlaster can change the output urls in your pages to be something different, but it doesn't Rewrite the Urls on the input unless you use a virtual-path which is one done on a page-by-page basis.

Thanks John

Yes i was going to enable human friendly in the web.config, but seen this warning under the my downloads section of dnnsoft

Currently we can not recommend using ‘human friendly urls’ because of too many problems. Please use standard DNN ‘Friendly URLs’ (default setting)

i will post to the catalook forum to see if a can get more info about problems that has been caused by using human friendly urls and report back
