Hi, I just purchased PageBlaster last week and have since upgraded to 3.3.1. No matter what I do, my Portal Replacement rules never work. I can apply the exact same rule in Page Rules and it works fine. I am on a localhost test site and I have tried re-installed the module completely including deleting all the original files (.lic file) etc. Once the module was re-installed I re-entered my license key. All the caching and merging functions all seem to be working fine. I'm using the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config with the default settings provided. What could be the problem? Many thanks, -Matt

Hi Matt, From the way you described it seems like you have covered all the reasons why it might not work. Take a look in the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Config/PortalRules folder and see if there is a file named PageBlaster.PortalRulesΎ].config (with the zero bing the number of the portal). That is where the PortalRules are saved and loaded on each request. The thing that loads them is the DNNFilterProvider that is configured in the Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file. If you compare with the default.config file in DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Config then you may be able to spot a problem there. You can zip the files mentioned above and attach those here if you would like me to take a look.

Hi John, Thanks for such a quick reply! Found it in the end from your hint - I had somehow commented out the provider entry for DNNFilterProvider in the config file. Everything nows works as expected. Thanks again. -Matt
