I have a site with PageBlaster installed. The performance of the site did not change any -- at least any performance changes that were perceivable.

Is there some configuration that I have to change in order to get it to work?

I'm only interseted in the initial loading time.

Thanks

You should see the improvements right away.
By default pages are not cached if you are logged in, so you will want to logout and then click around to get the pages cached.

There should also be merging of your JS & CSS files which also helps performance a lot even if you are logged in.
