Hi John,

I am test driving your CE version 3.3.2 Page blaster in hopes to see some improvements. I have heard a lot of good things regarding PB, and should it work, will purchase licenses for 6 plus websites.

I have downloaded and installed the module, and uploaded an April 16 2008 Snapsis.HttpModules.PageBlaster.dll file to replace the one I had originally downloaded, for I was receiving Runtime errors. After replacing the Snapsis.HttpModules.PageBlaster.dll file, the website loaded, although I had to do some page refreshing to help it along.

As it currently stands, when I try to log into the website, my login page needs to be refreshed twice in order to get rid of a blank screen. Once logged in, the blank screen is all I have. Refreshing the screen will not work.

Any ideas?

Hi Susan,

Thanks for trying it out.

After you have installed the latest version, it may work better to start with the latest default.config file from the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Config folder.

Relace the contents of your Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file that is in the root with the contents from the other file, and update with any specific changes you may have made.

Tried that, with the same result...

On another note, once I "uncommented out", add name="PageBlaster" type="Snapsis.HttpModules.PageBlaster.PageBlasterModule, Snapsis.HttpModules.PageBlaster", within the web.config file to give your suggestion a try, the website content's did not display today's updates. Only the website content at the time I had originaly tried to install page blaster (I believe yesterday).

Suggestion #2?

You can delete all the files in the DesktopModules/Snapsis/PageBlaster/Cache folder to make sure you are starting over.

Also make sure you have the latest version (3.3.2 as of this post) as there have been some good recent improvements.

Hi John,

I found this post: http://www.snapsis.com/Support/tabid/601/forumid/9/tpage/1/view/topic/postid/6066/Default.aspx#6066

He was running the exact same DNN version (4.0.3) I am, with the exact same Pageblaster problems I am currently running into.

BTW, I am using pageblaster version 3.3.2

Do you wish to setup a time in which to review the website? I will email you my webmaster's email address....

If you can send me the address of the site I'll try the login and see if I can determine the problem.
