CSS Loses Its Way

A site that I have PageBlast on (3.02.01) has an intermittent CSS issue. On what seems like random link clicks or number of page loads, the CSS all of a sudden decides to not load. It happens often, but it is so random that it cannot be duplicated with one exception. If I hold shift and click the refresh button, I can get it to happen every time. When I check the rendered HTML source, the CSS references are there. What causes this? More importantly, how can I stop it?! :)

This is the first I have heard of a problem like this, so I don't know what may be happening. Can you give me a link where I can see this happening?

Unfortunately, I cannot. We have not re-deployed this site yet. This is one of two reasons why. Is there another way that I can gather this information for you?

If you can attach the html page with and without pageblaster enabled, and also attach your Snapsis.PageBlaster.config file I may be able to tell what is happening. It may also help to turn on tracing and capture a trace log.
