Tried to install the community version on my dev site to evaluate Loaded , unzipped and installed pageblaster via normal dnn module install. Install dialogue indicates a good install. First thing that happened is my site look n feel went nuts . I have a css stylesheet that has a bunch of modifications that I made. but it stopped working post install ... I restarted the server per your instructions and then begin to get no site with critcal errors and dumps ... sees this also has caused my events log to timeout so i cant get the logs ... I read the forums and tried to play with the commenting out mergecss and mergejs but realised that was an old fix...after seeing that it made no difference I reverted the config file... .if i remove the entry in web.config it becomes operational. I tried to uninstalll from dnn host but this threw errors also .... im using dnn 04.08.00 and latest community loaded today. Can you offer any insight as to why a standard install may break... and perhaps where i can look to repair this ... I also wanted to find the manual sql uninstall files by the did not exists in desktopmodules.... any help is appreciated .. im keen to eval this package |
