Can not download Page Blaster

Hi John,

I gett this error when try to dowload from my order page:

Server Error in '/' Application.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

btw I am hosting with Nina and I need some help with installing PageBlaster to enhance performance . My portal mostly use Ventrian Modules (Property Agent, NewsArticle ) and Ultra Video Gallery - Deos PAge Blaster still works with these modules ?

Hi Glen, I think this error is from trying to download an expired item. If you look next to the item it shows the expiration date. I need to figure out why it is getting an error instead of a proper message. If this was for PageBlaster 2.2.4, there is a new version available which is 80% off for people who have purchased 2.2.4 If you still want to use the old version but can't find your previous download, I can send it to you. The new version of PageBlaster works even better with other modules (less exclusions are needed). I can help you install it if you want. Send me a private message with your host login information if you want me to do it.

Now since installed PB I can not update any module settings .. and Scott Maculloch said " it's a page blaster and neat upload issue." ?? Yes, I have had another customer that had problems with NeatUpload using PageBlaster. You can comment out all the NeatUpload settings in the web.config and everything will work normally. I think it is UltraVideo gallery that adds the NeatUpload to the web.config, and I am not sure why, because videos can still uploaded after it is removed.

OK I will try that ,.. btw do i have to disable settings for Host > Compresion Settings and White Space Filter ? (as said in the earlier version)

Yes, Remove the Core DNN Compression module when using PageBlaster. The install should do this for you. After it is removed from web.config you don't need to disable it anywhere else. I have your PM and I'll ask Nina for access to your site if that is ok.
