Exception in Event Log

I am researching an unrelated error, and I came across this exception. Is this something I should worry about? (see attachment)

PageBlaster does a request to the server for the ScriptResource.axd file if it has not been cached yet. It looks like it was called without any parameters which is not valid. Maybe someone tried to access it directly with their browser. I wouldn't worry about unless you are having problems with Ajax, or you see other failures like that.

Yeah... I have had all kinds of fishing requests on my site recently. Mostly, they have been trying to break our querystring parameters and sql injection.
